These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of infoTechExpertX’s website, located at infotechexpertx.us, and the services we offer.

Client: Refers to you, the person or entity using our services.
Services: Refers to the web design and development services provided by the Company.
2. Services
infoTechExpertX provides a range of web design and development services, including but not limited to website creation, maintenance, SEO optimization, and custom web application development. Our services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
3. Use of Our Services
Eligibility: Any one can use our services mainly we prefer business owners.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activity that may harm our services, including but not limited to hacking, transmitting viruses, or spamming.
4. Payment and Fees
Quotes and Proposals: All quotes and proposals are valid for 30 days from the date issued. After this period, the terms may be subject to change.
Payment Terms: Payment terms will be outlined in the contract or agreement with the client. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Late Fees: Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the agreement.
5. Referral Program
infoTechExpertX offers a referral program where referrers can earn a 15% commission on the first payment of any new project brought in through their referral. This commission will only apply to the first payment made by the referred client. Subsequent payments from the same client will not be eligible for any referral commission.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership: Unless otherwise agreed, all intellectual property rights arising from the services provided by infoTechExpertX will be the property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, these rights will be transferred to the client.
Client Content: The client retains ownership of any content provided to infoTechExpertX for use in the services. The client grants infoTechExpertX a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content to provide the services.
7. Confidentiality
Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep all confidential information received from the other party secure and not to disclose it to any third party, except as required by law.
Non-Disclosure: Both parties agree not to use any confidential information for any purpose other than that for which it was provided.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
Service Warranty: infoTechExpertX warrants that the services provided will be performed with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Disclaimer: Except as expressly provided in these terms, infoTechExpertX disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, infoTechExpertX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use or inability to use our services.
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party.
